I'm gonna rent my house in the shade of the freeway.
I'm gonna pack my lunch in the morning and go to work each day.


This is no Frank Sinatra New York, New York, , no Jay-Z Empire State of Mind; more like Jackson Browne's, The Pretender. today, while I meet up  with The Office crowds. I am in transit on my way to England. London's calling.

Travelling is like flirting with life. It's like saying,  I wanna  love you, but I have to go; this is just the way it is . Jag var i Stockholm Sverige 600 dagar sedan. I remember...The Longest Not Hottest Day Of The Year A Bike And A Prayer Welcome to Sweden, with  a reputation for extreme winters, the safest cars on Earth.(see my SAAB story ) and ABBA.  I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to the Swedes than being really, really, ridiculously good looking. And I plan on finding out what that is...starting with a bike tour. Stockholm has bike paths everywhere :. It's easy to get around the islands that make up the city. As long as I am riding a bike, I know I am the luckiest guy in the world. Amsterdam-In a city of 800,000,  there are 880,000 bicycles,  4x the number of cars Yet, the Swedes can't compete with their brethren across the Straight-Copenhagen's daily cycling masses.
